Scarritt employs factory trained service technicians. We stock a full compliment of Watkins parts on the trucks which generally results in one-stop service. Our goal is to fix your spa on the first visit. Our technicians have laptops onboard with Watkins DETECTIVE troubleshooting software. In addition, Scarritt technicians have a direct line access to Watkins Technical Support 12pm to 8pm Monday through Friday Eastern Time. Also, Scarritt technicians are equipped NEXTEL phones allowing for two-way phone support to Jim Scarritt and David Scarritt whom combined have over 40 years experience in the field. Ask your dealer how long they’ve been selling and servicing the brand they carry at this time. You may be surprised.        

          Our store also carries inventory to accommodate customer pickup.

Annual Spa Check-up:         A thorough check of spa systems. Spa cover cleaned and conditioned. Filters chemically cleaned. Equipment compartment cleaned of debris. Water sample taken for testing at store. We call you with results and balancing   instructions. We can contact you with issues we find, or give us   permission ahead of time to repair what's needed.  

 Quarterly Spa Check-up:     Same as above but every 3-months.

 Drain and Refill:         Spa is drained, cleaned, sanitized, refilled. Sanitize spa cover. Brush spa exterior. Chemically clean filter. Equipment compartment cleaned of debris. Water sample taken for testing at store. We call you with results and balancing   instructions.    

 Spa repair-          Any HotSpring, TigerRiver, Hot Spot or Solana spa.
