Just wanted to reach out and Thank Dave for his time and expertise. I had an issue with our hot tub in Vermont and called Scarritt looking for some advise. Dave was kind enough to get on the phone with me and walk me through some scenarios of what might be the problem. He ultimately said I would need a service tech out and recommended one in our area. Dave spent the time to help me knowing we were not even in his service area. Thanks again Dave.
I called after hours to leave a message and was surprised when the owner picked up. He immediately scheduled me in for the following day to fix a problem in my outdoor spa, even though it was frigid temps. The serviceman showed up as promised and went through every detail until the problem was resolved . Excellent service. Always kind and helpful
Scarritt Pools and Spas has been our Hot Springs dealer for the last 12 years, both at our previous home and our current one.(Two different Spas). On both occasions, the sales staff walked us through the purchase with ease and in a very timely manner the spa was delivered and set up. On the very rare occasion service was needed, a trained technician showed up in a very timely manner. Often times the very next day! So, do yourself a favor, look no further than this fine company!!!
David Scarritt helped my husband trouble shoot the problem with our hot tub. Other companies would have probably sent someone out and charged for a service call, yet he walked him through how to diagnose the problem. Luckily my husband is a retired Air Force mechanic and was able to understand the instructions, he then ordered and changed the part himself, which I KNOW saved us money. Thank you for providing such EXCELLENT customer service to us, even though the hot tub came from The Home Depot several years ago.
